You'll need some lens paper and special lens cleaning fluid - ask in a specialist camera/binolcular shop. First blow any loose dust off the lenses, and then brush them lightly with lens paper. Then wet a piece of lens paper with the cleaning fluid and wipe lightly in a circular pattern. Remove surplus moisure with a piece of dry lens paper. The exterior can be wiped down gently with a moistened soft cloth.
