you plug it in turn the little bit at the bottom and press the button on the back and away you go

i find the battery one is better. it is portable.
and use rechargables to cut down running costs.

plug in, press the red button and turn the first dial so that the arrow is pointing to upwards to the little squiggley thing and sit back and enjoy

sorry forgot to say turn the second dial to number 4
