errrr, go yo sleep when you goto bed and not.....

Oh ok, I'll steer clear of the smutty answers :)

any creaking is caused by movement, the first thing is to remove the matteress and go round all the places where the bed frame is screwed or bolted together and make sure everyhing is nice and tight.

If this does not stop the creeking then you could try undoing all the slats and putting a small dusting of talc on the places where the slats mate to the frame and then reassembling.

There is also a possibilty that the slats have absorbed a bit of moisture and have expanded a little, if they are a tight fit in the frame once the screws have been removed they may need a little sanded of either end before putting back in.
win the lottery , and purchase a water bed ?

I had the same problem with my slatted bed. Each slat was attached to the bed frame by a single screw at each end.
The solution was to add an additional screw to each slat end. Make sure you do not damage the slats/bed when doing this. Remove each slat and drill a clearance hole at each end of the slat, then once the slat is in place (attached by the original screw), drill a pilot hole for the additional screw, to avoid splitting the wood with the screw.
easy ,liqiud nail or screw slats into yor bed frame so they cant move, then get a piece of plyboard 25 mm thick, cut 2 size{so it drops into bed frame}b n q do this service for a small charge,,make sure ther is support running down middle of bed.then screw ply board thru slats and bed frame....make sure screws r below plyboard surface
