I have BT Broadband and have just tried to set up my order for Vision. Happy with cost of 90 for engineer to call and install. However, the webpage says I need a Home Hub, but nowhere does it say what that is! How do i find out if I have one? I have sent this query to BT but reckon I will get a faster response from here.

It's a wireless router, see here, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BT_Home_Hub

Thanks. Still not sure how to get one, I may phone BT although I bet I end up in India!
The BT Homehub is usually supplied by BT with your broadband order. If you've got an older router, such as BT Voyager, BT should be happy to provide an upgrade.
