I know this is a bit morbid but my gran has said what music she'd like played at her funeral..3 pieces. Is there any way to put these on one CD so as the church can find things easy, or will we have to take the appropriate 3 CDs and point out the no/s?

OR better still is there a Co' that does do this.?

It would be a great help.
At the crematorium, where one family member was done, they had a wide range and in cases like WIND BENEATH MY WINGS, they had several different versions by different singers.
Anyone with a CD writer on their PC and the tracks on other CD's or on i-tunes can "burn" the CD with the tracks on. It would take two minutes of someones time to copy the tracks onto a disk for you. Do you know of anyone who knows about this ? If not repost - I'm sure if you let someone know what area you are in, which tracks they are andf in what order, then one of us can help.
Note that if they have an old CD player it may not be able to play CDs created on a computer or other device.

I would take the original CDs just in case.

Phylkat this request is not morbid at all. It is a wonderful idea to find out what arrangements people require for their funeral. The service will be much more satisfying knowing that you have fulfilled the requests of your gran. Find out what hymns she would like, does she want flowers or donations to a charity instead, what ideas does she have for the wake and where to hold it. I attended a service where all the arrangements had been prior by the deceased. It was good to know that his last wishes were being carried out. You have the opening to discuss this with your gran now that she has mentioned the music she would like by telling her that you are dealing with it. I do hope though that the arrangements are not required for several years. Good luck

When I burn CDs I find the CD-Rs work on anything, but the CD-RWs sometimes don't.
