Recently after that Tupolev TU-154 crash I read in the paper that Tupolevs were quite robust even though they were Soviet built. In one of my other questions 'Lord Molly' said that Antonovs 'could only take off at 50% thrust or else their wingnuts would fall off'.People who play FS 2004 tell me even at LHRs longest runway the Antonov struggles greatly to take off.So how can you call Soviet Aircraft robust if one of them cant handle more than 50% of thrust or else its wingnuts will give up the ghost. And where on earth can you get a runway long enough to get a Antonov to take-off from ?(assuming you are in a city)
