With this hot weather I have a fan running in the bedroom all night, Does anyone know roughly how much it costs to run a desk type fan?

great question dummkopf, i have always wondered this because i leave my fan on all night every night during this weather. I won't worry about it as much now though. Thanks

Have a look at the manufacturers plate that should be on it somewhere and should tell the power consumption in watts. EG. to run a 40watt fan for 25hours would use 10p

i got a well good fan the otherday. it ionises the air so that is spreds out better. worth getting 1. very nice
