surely a phobia is an irrational fear of something. I don't think JK Rowling is afraid of transexuals.

Jim, I haven’t noticed any views she’s expressed misrepresenting it mis-framing topics she’s talking about. I don’t regard her as a gender-critical feminist either.
o god - - I get what people think when they read my prose

foo what all dat about den - - I dont think I even understand the posts - clearly everyone is very earnest about this.

I have got up to - "transphobia cant be transphobia because they dont fear them - they loathe them. And I am not sure what the trans bit means." - and the rest could be anything
Or not it.
Of course you haven't -- you tend to agree with her.

Not that it particularly matters, but a gender-critical feminist is one that regards biological sex as primary and immutable. It's pretty clear that Rowling agrees with this, and I was under the impression that you did too. I should stress that I'm defining "gender-critical" neutrally, here, so it's not meant dismissively or anything. It's simply an accurate summary of her position.
or not it - - yes ! should be best answer
But biological sex IS immutable, Jim. How does saying that warrant any sort of label? It’s simply the truth.
