morning, Thursday already, the days are whizzing by. I hope that you are in good spirits and are as well as can be, and that your day is a good one, do you have anything planned for today?
I will have another quiet day, the days are getting much colder and i don't need to go out for any particular reason.

I've been sleeping like a log, Emmie. It's the probiotics that make me sleep. My IBS was grumbling so I had to start taking them again.

my sleep is totally erratic, i sleep like a log for 4 hours, then wake up, not refreshed, then go back to sleep for another 3 hours maybe, very very annoying...

The tree is in a lane right behind the house that goes to a park but the leaves seem to like our garden.

our trees out the front, the communal ones just shed their leaves everywhere, consequently all the leaves are often left to mount up, making it somewhat dangerous underfoot. I worry that if i slip on them i will break a leg...

Morning - up earlier, a day off and I have an appointment in Truro to get the hair chopped and tidied up, a quick raid on the temple of M&S too....
