Ive been very shakey and stressed today and then I passed out in a car park. Ive been told to slow down...

All I could find was stale pizza and garlic bread ;-(

You no doubt need rest and regular food if you passed out, take that advice.

I never sleep Mamya and not been eating. Worrying so much all the time.

Worry does knock your appetite out, I know that too well but try if only some soup and a roll or similar.

What are your worries Ag? You need nutrition and sleep, you cannot naturally stay awake indefinitely.

I feel so low

Tony, my relationship with my mum is really stressing me.

Keep the communication open with Mum, you know she cares.

How's Dad doing?

She wont talk to me now Mamya until 'i've come to my senses'.

I desperately want her to listen to me.

Me Dad has a long term illness.
