Wednesday. It's persisting down this morning. I'm up to the hispice at 9.30, Got to drop into the surgery on the way, so will have to be away at 8. All go innit!

hi boaty - am too caul to look out - all darkness just with a wee light I bought myself last week - you know a wee night light and it is great. When I was going to loo didn't want to light all lights going to loo for fear of waking Maxie so this wee light allows me to walk the landing instead of a blind woman.

Hope the rain stops today at some time so that I can get a wee walk. bye boaty off to betsy again. xx

Not so bad thanks. But surprised I'm awake already. Would have turned over and tried to go back to sleep for an hour but then recalled that there was some hullabaloo going on over the other side of the Pond and opted to check on the TV. Going to feel weary later today. Trust you're well.

I'm fine thanks mate. The young lady I'm going to see is very good at her job. Whoever it was selected her to take me on obviously knows me as we get on famously.

I used to see a young lady once a fortnight at a mental health clinic.
It's once a month now.

What an understanding and helpful person she is.

I'll miss her when things come to an end.
