Phlox powdery mildew

I bought a Phlox plant about a month ago, planted it -everything seemed fine. Now it appears to have powedry mildew - is there a spray I can use? or do I have to cut it back? Thanks

Powdery mildew is usually a sign of dry conditions....a fungicide from the garden centre should easily get rid of it.

or...water milk down and spray...works well on roses and monardas too...and cheaper and more envir/friendly!!

Thank you for your answers, how much water - milk? I would prefer to use this as it is natural.
