Hold down Ctrl and Alt keys and use arrows to rotate

Thank you both very much, now back to normal.

Depending on the PC that you have you may be able to disable this.

Go into the Windows Control Panel, and open Intel HD Graphics (if you have it).

Look in the options and disable the "Hot Keys".

Then it will never rotate again.
