How To Remove Pvc Window?

I have one of those windows where if you put the handle to top it opens a bit on the bottom axis and if you put the handle to the bottom position the windows swings open on the vertical axis. Difficult access though so can I somehow lift it off the hinges for cleaning? Thanks.

Yes, but it would probably involve taking out the screws from the friction hinges to remove it from the frame.
You could get into a bit of a mess trying to put it back :o(((
