I'm using a very elderly Packard Bell laptop, and have upgraded the browser to Google Chrome (it told me to update the browser.) I seem to have lost the menu bar across the top with File, Edit, Tools etc and also Favourites etc as well
can anyone please tell me how to retrieve them please? Thanks.

'Favorites' (horrid US spelling) in Internet Explorer are 'Bookmarks' in all other browsers (including Chrome). If you've not already imported your Favorites/Bookmarks from Internet Explorer, you'll need to do so:

Chrome doesn't use a menu bar. The functions are reached via the wrench symbol at the tip of the screen.
