Have been attempting to ascertain how much credit I've left with my Orange, pay as you go, phone. Haven't been able to get a reply for over a week now, so finally attempted to put a £15 credit via the website, which, apparently, succeeded. Just had a message saying I've virtually no credit left. What's happened to the £15 I've put on (with my credit card). And why can't I get a reply from a proper, breathing type human person? I suspect its all computer generated type messages. And where's my £15? SO not a happy bunny!!!!
