No .. buy them from the guys on eBay. There are two main sellers.
Check Cardales website, and select what kit you need, the buy from them on eBay. Buy the cones, too, if it uses them. They wear out, as do the side pins.
Used a few kits this year so far.

I don't know where you are based but if you're in the Mansfield area there's place "Mansfield Garage Doors" straight across from the new police station, near were the brewery used to be I know they sell them as I was in there the other day for a set of runners.
