2 slice toaster

Sorry for putting this on this site but it is urgent and I know more people use this site more than others.

Anyway can anybody recommend a good 2 slice toaster variable that toasts the whole slice at the one time and also quickly.

I only have a wee cheap make - I think Asda's own - it was okay for the price but I am tired of its slowness and also having to turn the bread around. A quick reply would be appreciated as I am going out to look for one today. Thanks

I've got a breville...four slice but I think they do two slice as well. I also have a Breville kettle. They are both extremely fast.

I've got a Breville Cafe Series kettle and 2 slice toaster.....the kettle's great but the toaster is rubbish.

All I can say is mine is going well after about 4 years. Toasts evenly and very quickly.

Oh for the days when you used a Toasting Fork in front of open Fire. Really good Toast even though it was one at a time !

Is there any reason why it has to be a two slice? The two sides of my four slice work independently of each other.

the delonghi icona is a 2 x 2 slice and is great.
they do a 2 slice one now though
