anybody have a 4 slice toaster that you dont have to turn the bread over cos its only half done?

You have that trouble too gina? I thought mine was just a bit dodgy but obviously not :-/
Some sort of design fault maybe?
I have recently chucked mine because of this problem and shall not be bothering to replace it any time soon

its great, Mr CRX likes his toast cremated so he has his own settings one side and mine the other, toasts the whole slice and its even!
I do, it's a Russel Hobbs. I've just noticed it has a sticker on that says 'use the toaster in an upright position' - derr!
lol prudie, I think it might be a tad difficult keeping the bread in otherwise

yes, it does, gina. Honestly, i used to hate our old toaster where the top half of bread stayed soft and white.

The delonghi is great, i love it
