There is a 12 inch high concrete wall which divids each house roof from it's neighbour along the a row of terrace houses.some of the concrete has crumbled.

From inside the loft i can spot day light between the flashing and the brick wall as yet no sign of damp.

Thers is two floors to the house. can i repair this by using a ladder or do i need to hire roofers scaffolding and how much will they charge?
