do i have the right to have someone's vehicle towed out of my landlords driveway? i live in a split house and there is also another house outback that shares the same landlord. the problem is that the apartment building across the driveway is taking up out parking. my landlord own all but about three feet of the parking area. (from the road to the back of the property) he has had it surveyed and put up stakes. the property manager of the apartment building keeps renting the apartments and telling the tenants that they own the property. this is causing a lot of problems. there is not room for every ones vehicles. and my landlord is dealing with the manager through the court. so i need to know if i have a right as a tenant to have a vehicle towed from my parking spot? please help. this has been going on for months. and i don't feel that i should have to walk my children a block just have a place to park.

I think that you might need to post your question elsewhere. The Answerbank is based in the UK. Your username, together with your references to 'outback', an 'apartment building' and walking 'a block' (none of which feature in British English) suggests that you're in the USA, where the laws and legal system are very different from those in the UK.

We Brits like to help everyone but there will be very few people using this site who know anything about US law. Try posting on a US-based site, such as one of these:
