This is the first year that you should expect to see any fruit and then only if the vines have been properly pruned and trellesed in the intervening years. I live in the U.S. and have vines that produce abundantly but only after attention to pruning. Here's a good guide: http://ohioline.osu.edu/hyg-fact/1000/pdf/1429 .pdf
we have a grape vine which is about 15 years old and grows over our pergola. we've never (until this year) done anything to it - no pruning - and every year, apart from the first, it's produced lots of black grapes. this year, as it was getting out of hand, we've cut it right back to the stem and started again, so it will remain to be seen as to whether or not it produces anything next year. we're 'up north' in the uk.
Our two vines are in their 3rd year & as with yours, no fruit, but I believe that is par for the course. Perhaps next year!
