Having won a recent Legal case against an employer, does the money from his solicitor have to be paid direct to mine before it comes to me

i would expect that your solicitor would want the money so that they can deducts their fees as well as have it documented as being paid.

to your solicitor and then to you usually within 30 days and then a week from your solicitor.
