Hi, there's just been a mention on the radio of something called the Garden of Cosmic Speculation. I've found various mentions of books about it on Google, but nothing mentions exactly where it is, other than Borders region of Scotland.

Has anybody been there?
Is it as good as it looks?
And where is it?

Thank you so much pingping. Following on from your lead I've now found its postcode. Should anybody be interested, it's DG2 0RW, just outside Dumfries on the A76. It looks absolutely stunning.
