Possibly slugs or snails. Are there any snail trails around the daffs?
Question Author
no sign of snails, seems like some sort off fly.
The only fly I know of is the Narcissus fly they usually eat the flower buds, hoe around the plants to expose the larvae and hope the cold weather will kill them.Any chance of wild rabbits having a nibble?
Question Author
