I currently have snowdrops, iris, crocus and daffodils in bloom and a pond full of frog spawn. I don't think I have ever seen all these things at the same time before. The frogs have been at it since last weekend, I'm going to end up with a very large bowl of tapioca in the garden at this rate. Love to hear what others have going on on this weird weather.

Saw a snail this morning. I think it had a strong headwind to contend with, on the pavement.
My buddleia are covered in leaves and snowdrops in full bloom. today I'm hoping to get out and lay a hedge.
Also have crocus, iris and daffodils in flower. I hate to see the daffs out so early,it spoils the thrill of them in March and April. I have buds on a clematis that doesn't flower until August. Worst of all had a huge house-fly buzzing round yesterday.

A snail Chip, how thrilling for you. Sadly I see far too many of those all year round. Hopefully the plague of frogs I should have later in the year will help to reduce the snail population. Unfortunately this latest storm has done for most of the more delicate of the spring flowers. Frog chorus still going strong last night. Thank you everyone for taking the time to reply.
