what doe sit mean if my washing machine spins when theres no clothes in it but doesnt when there is and doesnt drain the water properly after the cycle has finished??? please help

Whenever mine breaks, it's because there is dog hair or whatever caught in the trap.

It sounds like there is a belt problem, The belt is either Slack and needs adjusting or you need a new belt. Hope that this will solve your problem. Alligator
