Yes, but it goes soft and a bit watery!
As above. You can freeze whole small beets as well as portions. Seal the bags as tight as possible for storing. Keeps quite well but can be soft on defrosting. Great for the borscht though . . . .

ok. many thanks. have tried it and its ok to freeze. better to eat fresh though.
