my kitten is a week old and i just noticed one of its eyes were puffy. What could it be

It could be conjuncitivits, it could be an allergy, it could be a cut or scratch.
Is it weepy too or just swollen?
Does it seem to be bothering her?

If she seems bothered by it, or it is weepy or isnt any better then i'd get the vets to take al ook.

if just a week old, please dont try to pull at it. it could be this way because its starting to open (usually around 2 weeks)mif it gets worse, bring to vet
