does anyone put their summer clothes in the attic in winter and vice-versa. My mum has always done it but my friends think its really wierd. Are we the only ones????

I always do it as well. I don't think it's weird I think it's organised.

I don't put em in the attic, i put em in the wardrobe on my landing as opposed to the one in my bedroom. I agree, its organised! ooooh, acting more like my star sign!

i don't have an attic as such but i do separate and store winter gear when april/may come along. i think lots of people do this. makes sense, after all.

It makes sense to pack away clothes you don't need and bring out those you do otherwise you'd need a massive wardrobe with stuff getting in the way.

It's called organisation. A nice thing about it is that when the spring comes and you decide to get your summer stuff out, you usually find something you forgot you had in the first place so its a nice surprise to know you had more clothes than you thought you had (am I rambling a bit ...?)
