Daffodils

I rashly promised to do the flowers for church on Sunday. Unfortunately the daffs are really late this year and most of them are just in bud. When should I pick them so that they come into flower for sunday?

Well i got some for mothers day,the kids gave them to me saturday in bud,by sunday afternoon they were all open and blooming lovely
