My daughter suffers from eczema and I have just started using the washballs that you use instead of detergent. I found little bits in with the washing? Is this normal?

I've never used wash balls myself, but surely it would tell you on the instructions/packaging if that was supposed to happen?

Sorry I can't help any further loggy.

Little bits of what? Plastic? Could be bits coming off cos the balls are new, maybe they will be OK after using a couple of times.

They were tiny particles about as big as a grain of salt. The packaging did not say anything about this happening. Maybe it will improve. I hope so. Thanks for your answers.

... no, i've not had any residue or anything from using wash balls - this doesn't sound normal. would maybe go back to the place you got these from

Steve

If you live in a hard water area, this may be small pieces of limescale. The wash balls are banging the washer drum and dislodging the limescale. If this is the case, then check your button trap and you may find larger pieces there.
