Unfortunately not Jim
I've been told it is easy.
If you want to change to Sky, let them know and they'll do the necessary

Do you know when your contracts end as there maybe a buy out clause. Over thing is to check with go compare to see which company can give you the best price. You will probably need to know which Sky TV package you want ,does it have to by SKY?
Will your email also change from a talk talk one to a sky one?
If you do not have your TV and broadband from TalkTalk then they are starting to charge £5 per month or £50 per year for the privilege of keeping your email address so be prepared to change your email address as well.
Changed mine a couple of months back. Was with BT but contacted Vodafone for their internet package. They did the rest. Easy peasy :-) I did end up paying both BT and Vodafone in the first month of my new contract but BT refunded me the £41.99 the following month.
Just a word on comparison sites: They are fallible and I do wonder if they get commission for directing/managing changes. I was told by one of the sites that I would be best to switch to energy provider X and save so much per year. When I spoke to the energy company direct they said the would cost me more and in effect advised me against joining them. It is thus certainly worth double checking any recommendation from a comparison site. Additionally, they do not cope well with anything that is beyond their "average" user criteria (never take any notice of such vague references, stick to your actual figures).
What stops me changing providers is the need to tell my bank and numerous other places and people the new email address. Otherwise, I'd have left BT's nonsense site long ago.
