changing internet providers

I am planning on changing over from AOL to BT very soon. Thing is I have been going through all my sites and changing my registered email addresses from my AOL one to my other one. But- when I go offline for a few days between using AOL and starting on BT will I lose all my favourites and bookmarks that I have on IE and Firefox? Thanks to anyone who can help
