I have several wallflowers which I grew from seed last year, but only a couple of them are flowering. Any ideas why this would be?

they are biennial. The grow from seed one year, over winter and flower the next.

Yes, I know, I grew them last year to flower this year, but they are not doing so.

Thanks, I'll try that.
Usually planted in the Autumn along with bulbs, to become 'spring bedding' the following spring.
Unless its a perennial variety you have.
