Much has been said recently, about the use of baby wipes, etc. But I buy those packs of moist toilet paper. from Lidl. Can anyone tell me if they are as bad as baby wipes ?

no don't think so..the baby wipes are not designed to shred like loo paper if you get my drift..toilet paper disintegrates unlike the more durable wipes

They are quite thin and flimsy, so I think you may be right Minty.......I don't want a fatburg running under the road. all the way down the hill !
noooo brain bleach !
It does say 'flushable' on the pack. Presumably, they do break down.
Are the scented or coated in lotion? I can't imagine that'd be a good thing to use 'down there'

Yellow dusters? How posh are you? What's up with the husbands old underpants?
Boooooo...nooooo.....

what's wrong with Vim?

They may say they are flushable, test one in bathroom sink with some cold water and see if it breaks down.
An unused one
Ooh, B00, reminds me of moving into a flat years ago. There was a pile of old Y-fronts in the cupboard under the sink, which I assumed the landlord was intending to be used as cleaning cloths. I chucked them out. Yick!
there should be a rule on AB about toilet talk before brekkie ! lol
Minty, don't eat yer roll n bacon wi broon when on AB either!!
would never do that Albs..the broon would drip on the keyboard !
just had a thought, I shouldn't have said 'broon' when on a toilet thread :-))))
nooooooooo...lol
Apparently you shouldn't flush so called flushable wipes either. They don't break down properly and the only thing the water authorities want you to put down the toilet apart from the obvious is toilet paper.
On a similar theme, what are we supposed to do with tampons, their applicators - now made of plastic for some reason - and packaging.
burning is toxic too if plastic and landfill will not break down.... no idea..it's a manufacturing problem
