is it on the mattress or covers etc.
Go for Ace bleach, its a clothing bleach so does not strip out the colour. Its brilliant for blood
I was going to suggest ACE but you cannot put it on say like a mattress - that's why I asked was it covers pillow cases etc. If it is on latter put a little on stain and leave it for a while then wash. I couldn't do my white wash without ACE
Well as the OP put bedding in their question and stated that it had already been washed and dried I assumed it was not the mattress!!
31/31 I must have watch a lot of TV

STAINSD ARE ON A QUILT COVER
Try stain devil or bio tex next time damp stain rub with salt and run under tap until clear, repeat as nescessary
Put raw solution of ACE bleach on the stain and leave for about 15 minutes. Then wash it should come out.

On hindsight before you washed it - steeping in pure salt water does the trick for any blood.
