I have a roller blind on the window of a very sunny room to protect the furnishings from fading. The blind used to be strong green colour, but has faded to a grey-blue. If I don't put things between the blind and the glass, pigeons do kami-kaze crashes into the glass, fall dead on the patio, and become fox-fodder. The glass gets filthy, and pigeon-bits get scattered all over the garden. Instead of putting old pictures and stuff on the window sill, can I paint the blind ( stripey ??) with anything ? I don't want to use stickers, and I don't want to stop the blind from rolling up and down easily.

I cant help thinking it might be a lot better and easier to buy a new one.
Try some coloured vinyl sticky tape applied in vertical stripes
