I threw myself out of the backdoor on Tuesday landed rather badly splitting my right knee open and making a right mess of my left arm i'm in a sling and have an appointment at fracture clinic next week .if it wasn't for coming on here reading all the jokes and chatter I think i would have gone barmy with boredom xx

Ouch - that sounds painful to say the least.

I agree with you - when I bust my ankle last year AB was very helpful in whiling away a few dull weeks of recovery.
