following the legalisation of same-sex marriage, has there been a same-sex divorce yet?

The actual divorce is the same as a mixed sex marriage. The financial settlement is also the same as a mixed sex marriage. In both of these relationships one half was more successful financially than the other and had to pay out to the other one.
aaah I was gonna answer for civil partnterships
the first civil partnership ( two fellas with two labradors - bg photo opportunity in Brighton) has been'dissolved'
altho civil partnership was based on the legal side of the Marriage act 1752 - you didnt get divorced you had the partnership dissolved
and you couldnt get a dissolution on non-consummation
and there was another difference but I cant remember what
same sex marriage - o blimey I am sure someone has got divorced .....

CP - oh and you cant get an annulment on that odd reason of not really wanting to get married in the first place - the one that Ethel Kennedy used to get shot of Sr Kennedy ( and not before time ) - giving vows under false pretences or whatever it is called
