I'm having a halloween party for adults and kids and we're planning a 'cave' with fairy lights, bats, spiders etc for the kids. What I would like to do is have some halloween type songs in there too - any ideas on suitable songs for 6+ years and sights where I can download them for free? Thought of Monster Mash but don't know where to find it, I've also got spooky noises on cd but need more HELP!!

I did a 'Halloween cd' search on ebay for you. Hope it helps.
If you don't want to buy any of the cd's on ebay then just have a look to see if any of the listings mention songs and it mihgt give you a few ideas. I am a member of one of the downloading music sites so if you wnat I could download them and send them to you if you can't find a free one.

Thank you sooo much Rubyrose thats really kind - I'll do some searching tomorrow and let you know if you're sure you don't mind. Got a few ideas already, Monster Mash, The Adams Family, Ghostbusters, Theres a ghost in my house - I can't wait! I think I'm more excited than the kids! Thanks again ruby speak to you soonx
Thats ok mate. Let me know. I don't mind downloading them at all. I can send them to you all in email. You can always find me on chatterbank if you need me. Good luck.

You must, of course, play Halloween by Siouxsie & The Banshees (from their album 'Juju' ')

(Sorry, I'm a sad old git.)

Following on where brachiopod left off ( I must be sad as well ) What about Halloween by Ash its on their A Life Less Ordinary c/d.

If it had been an adults only party The Misfits not only released a song called Halloween they also have songs called Dig Up Her Bones, Mommy Can I Go Out And Kill Tonight, Pumpkin Head, Witch Hunt, they have done a cover of Monster Mash and they dress the part as well. Definitely not suitable for children!

>cuffs brachiopod round ear<    no you're not a sad old git, theres nowt wrong with siouxsie :)  blooming heck cherrybomb The Misfits - what a band hey?

spangle depends what music you are into but if you try here http://www.helloween.org/ the halloween track is really ace

sorry spangle if you use the link go into discography then The Keeper of The Seven Keys part I album (link i gave you only came up as their homepage)

Ow !! *rubs reddened ear*

I didn't say there was anything wrong with Siouxsie. In fact, after posting last night, I decided to have a bit of a Banshees fest and played all the old faves. Aaar, glorious days.....

the timewarp from rocky horror picture show is a well good one
