Used the mower today emptied the grass box and then I could not push it over the lawn , the blade is moving . So any ideas as to what the problem is ? I don't know how old the mower . It's Flymo 350 . Thanks

It sounds like you have a problem with the impeller.
It may be worth taking it to a mower repair shop.
