Tony, have you been on nights? Mr.c used to do nights and sleep a lot longer!

I used to be on permanent nights ( 22 years ) cupes and used to sleep more, but now with my present job which is three rotating shifts at the moment by the time I'm on nights ( every third week ) my body clock is all cocked up.

I used to work nights.

It wasn't until I stopped that I realised how much it was affecting me.

^^^ Hated nights, like you say, when you come off them you realise how out of sorts you actually were during the time.

I used to find permanent nights ok ( four nights a week ) Hopkirk. Suited me at the time as well, I saw a lot more of my kids than I would have on day's.
