I looked in the garden today and was stunned to see a passion flower out with three more buds coming. It hasn't flowered since I planted it 3 years ago. I wonder why it's finally flowered at completely the wrong time of year?

Where abouts do you live? Mine has its roots in greenhouse but forced its way out and flowers outside. Not in flower now but I am in Cumbria

I'm in Dorset. Admittedly we've not had a frost since November but even so. Having said that I have geraniums still in flower too.

Our passion flower is growing well and has lots of lovely foliage , I haven't seen a flower yet.
