Yuk. Were it outside I'd suggest a power jet washer. I take it you can't move it outside ? Bit wet for indoors though. Failing that, coffee is biological. Can you rub biological washing powder (disolved into a paste of course) into it and leave it for say, 24 hours ?
Nail varnish remover?
I'd just try some water and washing-up liquid first, before trying any chemicals.
try wiping it with quite a wet cloth

Ok, given it 2 scrubs (letting it dry in between each one) and it's not really made an impact.

anything else.....dare i say bleach or would that ruin the whole slab
patio cleaner
Try some ordinary washing soda, in a solution of warm water.
Allow to soak for 30 mins then scrub with a nail brush or old tooth brush.
if it has penetrated the stone try a fine grade sand paper to take the affected area away remember to wear a mask though
Penetration is why it occurred to me that washing powder might also do so ate eat the coffee ? Or was that wishful thinking ?
