I've fed it tomatoe feed and kept it watered. It was flowering really well at the beginning of April. I've dead-headed all of the old flowers, but it hasn't produced any more buds.

Any advice much appreciated.

How old is it? I am surprised, mine is in the ground and it is once again flowering massively all over the place. It could be that yours got too dry in the early hot weather - roses do need quite a bit of water.

I've kept it well watered and we've had plenty rain recently.

I don't know how old it is as it plant was here when I moved into the property 1 year ago.

Some of the leaves are green but some newer leaves are red. Would that have something to do with it?
My neighbour has had something like this, her little climber grew some very strange looking red leaves and some disfigured small flowers. We don't know what caused it - it's never done it before this year.
Some roses only bloom once and you should not cut off the flowers but allow them to grow and leave nice red hips. Watch Mony Don in `Gardeners World` on BBCi last eveningfor further rose advise.
was going to say the same thing...quite a lot of climbers/ramblers are not repeat flowering.
do you know the variety? probably a spring flowering rsmbler... if so grow some clematis through it to extend the season of interest
