I am considering part exing my house. Its worth approx �140,000.
What value of house would I need to buy to be accepted for part ex. I'm assuming I couldn't part ex for a house of the same valve!

To part ex for a new build, the value of the new house usually has be at least 20% greater, so a minimum of �168,000.
