Does anyone know when they flower as I have googled and it shows you the flowers but does not tell you when they flower. thanks for any input

tried them every year mine have never flowered.....

Not reliable, but I think basic plant structure has to be mature to flower.

Thanks both they are great places for my tadpoles almost frogs to hide so I will persevere and flowers will be a bonus.
