It doesn't matter how many points a WW is you know its a sin, so think of it as 5000 its just the same as 4 really and the guilt feeling afterwards really hurts.

I know because it was the same for me last night after I'd consumed a whole 'Mars Bar'
Funnily enough, I weighed myself this morning and I'd LOST a lb.
