I had a combi boiler fitted 2 years ago but my electrice bills have increased from �40pm to �115pm, my gas bill reduced slightly from �55pm to �36pm , is this normal

A combi boiler uses very little electricity it should hardley increase you're electricity bill at all. There must be something else using all the power. Even with the couple of price rises in the cost of electric we have had, it shouldnt rise by that amount. You need to get it checked out.
Your electricity sounds a little high. get in touch with the supplier or change it altogether.
Did you turn on the immersion for hotwater during the installation and not flick it off again? ( In the UK I had a combi and a mega flow at the same time - before you all jump on my answer! )
